The Lehman College men's and women's cross country teams will set their sights on big things in 2009 when they begin their seasons by participating in the Vassar College Invitational in Poughkeepsie, NY on Saturday morning, September 5th. 

Following seven days of rest, both squads return to action as they will be compete in the Baruch College Invitational on September 13th. A September 19th participation in the Bard Invitational comes next for both squads, and then both Lightning units will compete in the York College Invitational on September 27th.

The schedule then moves into October, where the Lehman College men's and women's cross country teams will gear up for the CTC and CUNYAC championships by participating in the Staten Island Invitational on October 4th. After a 12 day break, the teams return on October 17th at the CTC championships before going for it all at the CUNYAC championships on October 25th.

The ECAC championships are scheduled for Saturday, November 7th, with the NCAA Regionals set for Wednesday, November 11th.
