NEW ORLEANS, La. – The U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced on Tuesday their Women's Outdoor Track and Field All-Americans, and Lehman College senior Jasmine Springer and junior Tobi Alli each earned the distinction. Honors are awarded for performances at the final site of the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships occurring last weekend at La Crosse, Wisc.
Springer (Bronx, N.Y./DeWitt Clinton) claimed her status in the triple jump, where she took seventh place in all of Division III, with a distance of 11.98 meters.
Alli (New York, N.Y./Castro Valley (Calif.)) earned her distinction in the 100-meters, where she was edged out at the tape for the national championship, placing second in the entire country, with a time of 12.16 seconds.
