2018-19: Claimed first-place in the Mile Final (4:38.37), while taking fifth in the 5000 Meters (17.41.18) during CUNYAC Championship (2/24)...Won 3000 Meters (9:46.46) and 1 Mile Run (4:55.24) at the Albright College Invitational (2/9)...Finished eight at 5000 Meter Run (16:51.53), 11th in 3000 Meter Run (10:01.15) and 18th at 1 Mile Run (4:56.30) during the DeSchriver Invitational (2/2)...Placed 11th in 3000 Meter Run with a time of 9:48.89 during Mini-Dip Invitational (1/26)...Took third at 1 Mile Run (4.51.85) and fourth at 3000m Run (9.50.60) at Crowell West Point Open (12/1).

2016-17: St. Joseph's-LI Invitational (2/11): 4:56.24 time in the men's mile, 2:13.30 time in the 800-mile run...DeShriver Invitational (2/5): 10:02.37 in the 3000-meter run...Springfield Massasoit Invitational (1/28): Part of first-place distance medley relay team with 13:41.25, 5:13.54 in the men's mile...Greater Boston Track Club Invitational (1/22): 5:04.47 time in the men's mile run, 17:35.78 in the 5000-meter run for 11th place....Yale Collegiate Invitational (1/14): Sixth in the distance medley relay team at 11:58.34, 2:13.89 in the 800-meter event, ... Rutgers Invitational (1/6-7):4 X 800 relay team at 9:54.43, eighth in the 1000-meter run...Crowell West Point Open (12/3): First place in the 5000-meter event at 17:08.42, Fifth in 3000-meter run at 10:05.68

2015-16: Crowell West Point Open (12/5): placed fourth in the 3000 meter run (10:01.30) …. Seahawk Shootout at Wagner (12/11): placed 18th in the One Mile run (5:07.51)...St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (1/16): 12th in the 800 meter run (2:16.49), third in the one mile (5:00.14)...Ramapo Invitational (1/30) : 10:07.61 in the 3000 meter run (31st), 4:59.48 in the one mile run (26th)... Wesleyan (2/6) : 5000 meter run (17:27.36, 2nd)... Molloy (2/12): Distance Medley Relay -11:37.85 (6th), 800 meter run - 2:19.42 (32nd)...Placed second in the 5000 m at the CUNYAC Championships posting a time of 17:25.81....CUNYAC All-Star.
