Daniella Ford was named Office Assistant for the Athletic Department and APEX on May 13, 2024 by Director of Athletics, Ryan McCarthy. Ford is a dedicated professional with a strong background in sports management and athletics. Holding a B.S. Degree in Sport Management from Farmingdale State College and a Post Graduate Degree in Sports Management from Southampton Solent University, Daniella has honed her skills in the field.
Prior to joining the staff at Lehman, Ford served as Assistant to the Athletic Director/Compliance Coordinator at Sarah Lawrence College, Daniella plays a crucial role in ensuring NCAA compliance and supporting the athletic department's day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities include managing equipment, organizing events, and providing excellent customer service to the college community.
As Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Sarah Lawrence College, Daniella brings her passion for the sport to the team, coordinating travel logistics, assisting with recruitment efforts, and contributing to player development. She has also gained experience as a Facilities Manager at Global Sports Centers, where she demonstrated her organizational skills and attention to detail.
Daniella's dedication to athletics extends beyond her professional roles. She has been actively involved in campus committees and sports teams throughout her academic and professional career. As a former member and captain of the Farmingdale Women's Soccer Team, Daniella earned several accolades, including First Team All-Conference and Defensive Player of the Year. She also represented Eastleigh FC, a semi-professional women’s soccer team in the United Kingdom, where she was recognized as Subsidiary Plate Player of the Match in 2021.
