BRONX, N.Y. – The Lehman College men's tennis team had its season end on Friday afternoon, in the Quarterfinal Round of the 2014 CUNY Athletic Conference Championships. The #8 seeded Lightning fell to top seed and defending champion Baruch College, 5-0, in a match held on the APEX Tennis Courts. Once Baruch had the requisite five victories, the match was halted on the spot.
Baruch took all three doubles matches to start the match. Moving to singles, first and fourth singles finished first, giving Baruch the five victories. Second, third, and fifth singles were halted, as the sixth singles never started.
