BRONX, NY --- The Lehman College men's tennis team concluded their 2016 season on Wednesday against top-seeded Hunter College in the semifinals of the CUNYAC Championship Tournament held at the APEX Tennis Courts, falling 5-0.
Prior to the match, seniors
Gene Nakagaki and
Al Joseph Dubouzet were recognized by coaches, teammates and fans as part of senior day for all their contributions to the program and to the Lehman College community as a whole.
The Hawks of Hunter (11-3) swept the doubles matches over the Lightning of Lehman (6-11), then wins at number two and number five singles clinched it.
Congratulations to the whole team on the conclusion of their season.
