Box Score Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College men's tennis team opened its 2025 season with a 7-0 non-conference loss to visiting Pratt Institute at The APEX courts on Friday.  The Lightning go to an 0-1 overall record, while the Cannoneers improved to a 4-4 mark.

After losing all three doubles encounters, the highlight for Lehman in singles action was Taishawn Brownlee who lost his #3-match-up, 6-4, 6-2.

The Lightning are back in action next Wednesday (March 19th) when they travel to take on Manhattanville University, in a non-conference encounter, at 4 pm ET.
