Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College softball team swept a CUNYAC twin-bill (16-1, 15-0) from visiting York College-NY, in the regular season finale, at South Field, on Friday. The Lightning conclude the season with a 10-20 overall record and 2-8 in conference play, while the Cardinals go to a 3-22 mark and 0-10 in CUNYAC action.
In the opener, York-NY took a surprising 1-0 lead in the top of first inning, before Lehman scored four times in the bottom half of the inning and then added one in the second, seven more in the third and four in the fourth for the victory. Outfielder
Lizbeth Perez led the Lightning offense with a homer, four runs scored and three RBI, while infielder

Damaris Adames scored twice with an RBI and threw a no-hitter on the mound with eight strikeouts.
