Biography
2013-14: Finished third overall in the shot put event (11.28m) at the CTC Indoor Championships... took second place in the weight throw, with a distance of 12.73 meters, and took second in the shot put, with a throw of 10.10 meters, at the CUNY Athletic Conference/U.S. Army Championships... named a CUNYAC All-Star for the fourth consecutive year.
2012-13: Finished 23rd in the shot put, with a distance of 10.73 meters, at the NYRR College Night at the Armory II... finished third in the shot put (10.82), and fifth in the weight throw (11.24), at the Wesleyan Invitational... finished seventh in the shot put, with a throw of 10.50 meters, at the NYU Fastrack Team Challenge... finished fifth in the shot put, with a throw of 10.50 meters, at the Molloy Lions Invite... threw the best distance on the day in the senior college division, 12.28 meters and repeated that performance in the shot put but with a distance of 11.55 meters, at the CUNY Athletic Conference/U.S. Army Championships... was named a CUNYAC All-Star for the third consecutive year.
2011-12: In the weight throw, claimed second by getting off a throw of 10.24 meters, at the Brother Jaspers Invitational... built on her impressive rookie performance of a year ago, by earning a gold medal in the shot put and a silver in the weight throw, at the CUNY Athletic Conference Championships... named a CUNYAC All-Star for the second consecutive year.
2010-11: First season at Lehman College... named a CUNYAC All-Star... At the CTC Championships, her shot put toss of 10.54 meters placed her eighth overall... she improved her standing the next week at the Armory Open where she threw the shot 31 feet, 6 inches, a distance good for second place... competing in the weight throw as well, she earned fifth place with a distance of 28 feet, 1 inch... capped the year with a two medal performance at the CUNYAC Championships where she took first place in the shot put (9.85 meters) and second place in the weight throw (9.90 meters) among senior college competitors.
