Ivan Srdanovic

What he would like to accomplish this season and what is possible for him?
To improve in all events, build his strength and technique

How would he want the coaching staff to treat him in practice to help him improve as an athlete?
Strict Coaching helps him swim stronger, faster and with more effort

How would he want coaches to treat him before a meet? What works for him to reach his goals?
No stress. Keep positive and calm

What will makes competitive swimming fun for him?
Team bonding and great competition

What really motivates him?
Improvement and if he doesn’t see improvement, he is
more motivated to work harder

What are his personal goals?
Get back in shape and become a stronger and faster. Participate and get better in more events.

What should be the team’s goals?
Work hard during practice support each other and possibly put together some great relays

Being successful means making a commitment. What kind of commitment is he willing to make the sport and to Lehman College Swimming? How far is he willing to go to reach both his own personal goals and the Lehman College team goals?
Attend as much practices as possible and work hard during every practice
