Adriana Navarrete
What she would like to accomplish this season and what is possible for her? To help the team in any way. Her greatest accomplishment would be winning almost every competition
How would she want the coaching staff to treat her in practice to help her improve as an athlete? With respect and hard training
How would she want coaches to treat her before a meet? What works for her to reach her goals? Hard training works for her
What will makes competitive swimming fun for her? Knowing that each time she swims she gets better and better. Also she’s doing what she loves and that’s enough fun for her.
What really motivates her? Knowing that she has a talent
What are her personal goals? To manage her studies with swimming. Those are the two things she cares about the most. Also to become one of the fastest swimmers
What should be the team’s goals? To develop better swimming skills and to be able to communicate and trust each other.
Being successful means making a commitment. What kind of commitment is she willing to make the sport and to Lehman College Swimming? How far is she willing to go to reach both her own personal goals and the Lehman College team goals? She will train as hard as she can to become a better and faster swimmer. She will attend all meetings and competitions
