1. Lehman College will charge for security, maintenance, and event personnel.

2. Contracts for extended use are available at reduced rates depending upon the number of sessions and availability.

3. Rental fees include use of the facility only. Additional charges may be assessed for security, maintenance and
event supervision personnel.

4. The determination about whether or not the proposed activity is appropriate shall be at the sole discretion of the
Lehman College Athletics Director or designee.
