Lauren Trinkoff begins her tenure at Lehman College prior to the 2014 season. This will be her first experience coaching soccer at the collegiate level.
No stranger to the sport, she was a standout student-athlete at Pace University, where she was a four-year member of the team. She played in 63 career games, starting the majority of them. Known for her tenacity, the three-year captain anchored the team’s defense.
With the Setters, she played alongside current head coach Casey Melilli.
Prior to Pace, Trinkoff was a member of the Olympic Development Program (ODP) and played high school soccer at Tappan Zee High School, where she earned honors as the Rockland County Player of the Year in 2007.
A middle school teacher for the New York City public school system, she lives in Sparkill, N.Y.
