John Ridley joins the Lehman College Women's Basketball staff after spending the past three years as an integral part of the SUNY Purchase Men's Basketball program. Ridley assisted in winning two Skyline championships at Purchase (2013 and 2014).
Prior to his stint at Purchase, Ridley spent three seasons at Bronx Community College. While with the Broncos of BCC, Ridley helped the program to a 55-33 record, 26-5 in the CUNY, two CUNY Championships, one Regional Championship and a berth in the JUCO Division III Final Four.
Ridley helped recruit and mentor three CUNY Rookie of the Year award winners, nine All-CUNY Conference players, 10 All-Region 15 players and two JUCO All-Americans.
Ridley played college basketball at Southern Nazarene University and Genesee Community College. He was a 3rd Team All-American and Conference Player of the Year.
