BRONX, N.Y. – The Lehman College women's soccer team dropped a 4-1 decision on Sunday afternoon, at the College of Mt. St. Vincent, in Riverdale. Lehman is now 1-1, while CMSV is 1-0.

The host Dolphins jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first half, before Lehman junior defender Samantha Dias (Ronkonkoma, N.Y./Connetquot) scored on a free kick from the right wing.

Lehman freshman keeper Stephanie Gonzalez (Yonkers, N.Y./Gorton) made 23 saves on the day.

The Lightning will come home to host Maritime College on Wednesday, September 3, at 5:00 p.m.
