BRONX, N.Y. – The #3 Lehman College women's volleyball team will take on #2 Hunter, in the CUNY Athletic Conference Semifinals, beginning at 4:00 p.m. The match will take place on the campus of Hunter College. The winner of the contest will take on the winner of #4 John Jay and #1 Baruch, at 8:00 p.m., in the same location.

Earlier this season, Hunter defeated Lehman in straight sets. The Lightning pushed the Hawks to the limit by having a lead late in each of the first two sets, but Hunter would rally to win each one, and then pulled away in the third to complete the sweep. Senior outside hitter Jo-Marie Aquino produced 11 kills, while sophomore outside hitter Lizette Medina led the defense with 12 digs. Aquino and junior opposite hitter Salveira Gonzalez each added 10 digs of their own.
