Jennifer Navarro had 27 as the Lehman College women's basketball team defeated host York College, 95-69, at the York College Gymnasium in Jamaica, New York.
The Lightning of Lehman (17-6 / 12-2 CUNYAC) collectively shot 48.1 percent from the floor. Del Rosario, winner of four consecutive conference player of the week awards, put up another brilliant stat line by dishing out a career-high 12 assists with six steals and seven rebounds. As of press time, Del Rosario was leading the conference in scoring at 23.8 points per game. Navarro's 27 was her highest point total since a December 16
th game against St. Joseph's College – Long Island. The senior shot 50 percent from the floor and recorded four rebounds with two steals. Senior
Karrin Walker finished with 19 points, eight rebounds and three steals. Walker's double-double streak ends at seven games. Senior

Yarmese Jones pulled down a team-high 11 boards.
The Cardinals of York (4-19 / 2-13 CUNYAC) were led by Samantha Bond with 23 points. Jigcara Grant posted 15-points and a game-high 26 rebounds.
After keeping it close for the first period, the Lightning started to pull away in the second, using a 19-8 run during one stretch to take a 47-35 lead into halftime. It was in the fourth period that Lehman truly put the game away, outscoring the Cardinals 26-12.
Lehman is back on the court on Sunday when they travel to the City College of New York for a 12:00 p.m. game.
