Three Lehman teams will compete today as volleyball sees their first action of the season. Women's tennis will host their first match of the year and the women's soccer team will wrap up action at the Cyclone Kick-off Tournament.
Women's Volleyball Coach
Sovanny Ebbesen hopes to capture the momentum she delivered with the men's team last spring as she begins her first season at the helm of the women's team. Last year the Lightning finished 6-18. Six returning players dot the Lightning roster. Sophomore
Caitlin Vernon tallied 91 kills and
Samantha Delgado recorded over 400 assists in leading the Lightning.
Gabe Lorenzo stopped by practice earlier this week to talk to Coach Ebbesen about the season.
Watch and listen to what she had to say.
Lehman will travel to William Paterson for a 1:00 PM match-up with the Pioneers. Fans unable to make the trip to northern New Jersey can follow all of the action on line via live stats and or live stream.
