The Lightning outscored the Cardinals 24-0 in the first quarter and cruised to a 69-49 victory.  With the win Lehman improves to 7-6:3-2.  York falls to 3-8:1-3. 

Aliyah Dorsett accounted for seven points and Lynda Fields six during the first quarter.  Fields ended up with a team high 20 points while Ayanna Behagen chipped in 12.  Dorsett and Lillybeth Garcia added 11 apiece.  Dorsett also led all players with 11 rebounds. 

The Lightning were able to keep the Cardinals at well back as each team scored 16 points in the second quarter.  In the third quarter, Lehman extended their lead outscoring York 23-10.  The Lightning extended the lead to 40 (48-28) early in the fourth quarter. 

The Lightning won the battle of the boards 56-45 and forced 29 turnovers. 

Sheahna Roscher and Victoria Salas led the Cardinals with 11 and 10 points respectively.

The Lightning return to action tomorrow afternoon at Amherst College.  Tip-off is slated for 3:00 PM.
