Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman women's volleyball team defeated CUNYAC rival Medgar Evers College in three straight sets (26-24, 25-15, 25-11) in its regular season home finale on Tuesday evening at The APEX Main Gym.
The Lightning, who also ended an eight match losing streak on Tuesday, improve their overall season record to 5-17 and 2-6 in CUNYAC, while Cougars fall to 2-20 and 1-7 in conference play.

Paulette Sepulveda added six kills and 11 digs for the Lightning.
Lehman returns to road action on Thursday with a non-conference match-up at St. Joseph's College-Brooklyn.
