Mahwah, N.J. - The Lehman College baseball team dropped a non-conference game to Ramapo, 6-0, in a game played in Mahwah, New Jersey, on Wednesday. The game was completed in just 120 minutes.
The Lightning managed just two hits in the game, a pair of singles from Julius Puryear and Euriel Murray. Puryear also drew a walk. Emmanuel Velasquez threw seven innings and was tagged for the loss. He is now 2-2 on the year. Jarrett Oehler pitched a scoreless inning in relief.
With the defeat, the team is now 7-9 on the season. They return to action on Thursday, March 29, when they host Cairn University at 3:30 PM.
