Bronx, N.Y. – After dropping four consecutive matches on the road to commence the season, the Lehman College women's basketball team will look to end its losing skid when it faces non-conference opponent Ramapo College in its home opener at The APEX Main Gym on Saturday with tip-off set for 1 pm.

The Lightning (0-4) are coming off a 63-41 loss to Wesley College in the consolation game of Pride, Spirit and Honor Tournament, hosted by Penn State-Harrisburg over the weekend. Center
Nina Gill scored 19 points, grabbed nine rebounds and was named to the All-Tournament Team, while guard
Fatomata Trawalleh also tallied 19 points for Lehman.
Meanwhile, the Ramapo Roadrunners (6-0) posted a 55-46 NJAC victory against visiting Rutgers-Newark at the Bradley Center in Mahwah, N.J. on Tuesday.
Ramapo has won four of five head-to-head meetings against Lehman since 2002. The last meeting between the two sides took place on November 9, 2018 at the Bradley Center with hosts winning 72-34, as forward
Eriadna Vasquez made her collegiate debut for the Lightning against the Roadrunners grabbing six rebounds, while scoring three points.
