Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College women's basketball team lost the consolation game of the 14
th edition of Coaches vs. Cancer tournament to visiting Clark University, 82-50, at The APEX Main Gym on Sunday. The Lightning fall to 0-10 on the season, while the Cougars improve to 4-8 on the year.
Lehman trailed 49-24 at the intermission after Clark shot 60 percent from the field in the first half. In the second stanza the Lightning limited the Cougars to just 39 percent from the floor, however the visitors continued to increase their lead by as many as 40 points to hold on for the victory.

Nina Gill led the way for Lehman scoring a career-high 30 points and was named to the all-tournament team. Guard
Fatomata Trawalleh also added 14 points for the Lightning.
Lehman will commence 2020 part of its season this coming Friday (January 3
rd) when it welcomes Kean University in a non-conference match-up at The APEX Main Gym with tip-off set for 5 pm.
