Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College men's basketball team fell 77-68 at home to John Jay College in a CUNYAC match-up on Tuesday evening at The APEX Main Gym. The Lightning drop to 1-5 overall mark and 0-1 in CUNYAC, while Bloodhounds improve to a 5-1 record and 1-0 in conference play.
Lehman trailed by only five points at the intermission, however John Jay shot 47 percent from the field in the second stanza to pull away for the victory.

Isaiah Geathers led the Lightning with his first 'double-double' of the season with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Guard
Gian Batista had 13 points for Lehman, while forward
Mo Idrissou added 12 points and six boards in the loss.
The Lightning return to action on Friday at The APEX when they welcome York College-NY in a CUNYAC encounter set for 7:30 pm.
