Bronx, NY – The Lehman College (0-4) women's soccer team travel across the county to face the College of Mt. St. Vincent in a non-conference affair on Marillac Field.
The Dolphins got on the board late in the first half when they controlled a loose ball in the Lehman goal box and made the Lightning pay. In the second half the Dolphins doubled their advantage when they scored on a chip shot from 20 yards over Lehman goalie
Rebecca Gritz. CMSV added a third goal on a penalty kick.
Gritz was credited with 11 saves on the afternoon. The Lightning were out-shot 26-8.
The Lightning return to action on Monday night when they travel to Sarah Lawrence in Bronxville, NY. Kick-off is slated for 7 PM.
