New York, NY - Despite double doubles from Fatomata Trawalleh and Rachel Vasquez the Lightning came out on the short end of a 75-44 decision in a women's basketball contest hosted by John Jay (9-10:6-2).

Trawalleh netted a team high 29 points while grabbing 10 rebounds, both career highs. Vasquez tallied 12 points to go along with a team high 13 rebounds. 
 
The Lightning kept in close in the first quarter and only trailed by six, 16-10 between the first and the second period.  The Bloodhounds dominated the second period outscoring Lehman 25-5 to take control of the contest.
 
Lehman is back in action on Friday night as they travel to Queens to face the York Cardinals.
