New York, NY – The Lehman College women's basketball team fell to Hunter 94-25 in a CUNYAC contest played at the Sportsplex on the Hunter campus.
The Hawks owned a 25-5 lead at the end of the first quarter and had the contest in control throughout to improve to a 13-9 overall and 9-3 in league play. The Lightning stand at 1-22:1-11.
Rachel Vasquez led the way for Lehman with 11 points while
Fatomata Trawalleh chipped in 10.
The Lightning offense struggled only converting 8-58 field goal attempts.
The Lightning return to action on Saturday afternoon with a road contest at Baruch. Tip-off is scheduled for 1 PM.
