Bronx, N.Y. – Three Lehman College athletics teams will be on the road this Friday men's and women's indoor track and field squads compete at Ramapo College Opener, while the men's basketball side visits conference rival Medgar Evers College.

The Lightning track and field stars will participate in the Ramapo Opener which will take place at The Armory in upper Manhattan with the first event scheduled for 10 am ET.  Fans can follow all the track and field action via live stats.

On Friday evening, the Lehman hoopsters (11-2; 5-1 CUNYAC) will take on the Medgar Evers (4-10; 1-4 CUNYAC) at Brooklyn's Cougars Cave with tip off set for 7 pm ET. Fans can follow all the basketball action via live stream.

The Lightning are coming off a 71-67 conference loss at Baruch College on Wednesday, while the Cougars posted a 67-65 road victory against CUNYAC rival John Jay College.

Lehman holds a 17-6 lead in the head-to-head series against Medgar Evers since 2007.  The last time both sides faced off was during the CUNYAC Championship Quarterfinals as the hosts Lightning posted a 97-65 victory on February 22, 2020.  Isaiah Geathers had 20 points with eight rebounds, four steals and eight assists.
