Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College women's tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision to visiting Baruch College in a CUNYAC encounter on Tuesday at The APEX Courts.
 
The Lightning fall to a 0-5 mark and 0-2 in CUNYAC play, while the Bearcats improve to 7-1 record and 3-0 in conference action.
 
The closest encounter of the day for Lehman came in the #1 doubles action as Viola Avdyl and Caroline Lopez dropped a hard-fought 8-6 decision against Baruch's Regina Kelley and Erica Sheludenko.
 
The Lightning are back in action on Thursday (October 6^th) when they take on Hunter College in a CUNYAC match-up with first serve set for 3:30 pm ET.
