Men’s Basketball Drop 73-62 Decision To Manhattanville

Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College men's basketball dropped a 73-62 decision to visiting Manhattanville College in a non-conference encounter on Thursday at The APEX Main Gym.  The Lightning fall to a 7-5 overall record, while the Valiants improve to a 9-3 mark.

Manhattanville never trailed in the game as it first jumped to a 10-point advantage at the intermission (41-31).

Lehman battled back in the second stanza as it went on a 15 to 6 run to cut Manhattanville's lead to single point (47-46) with 12:31 remaining.  However, the Valiants went on a run of their own, 20 to 10 to with 2:31 remaining (67-56) to pull away and hold on to the victory.

Forward Mo Idrissou led the Lightning with a 'double-double' of 10 points with 10 boards.  Teammate Isaiah Geathers and guard Will Feldman each added nine points each.

Lehman returns to CUNYAC action next Tuesday (January 3rd) when it travels to Manhattan to take on CCNY at the Nat Holman Gym with tip-off set for 7 pm ET.
