The Bloodhounds jumped out to a 23-7 lead and never looked back dealing the Lightning (3-13:2-7) a 76-41 defeat in a CUNYAC game contested in the Doghouse of John Jay (13-8:8-3). 

Brianna Barnes was the only Lehman player to register double figures.  The freshman scored 14 points and was credited with five rebounds, five steals and three blocks.   

Bloodhounds owned a 43-28 advantage at halftime and extended the lead in the third quarter outscoring Lehman 15-4.  John Jay didn't let up and outscored the Lightning in the final period 18-9. 

The Lightning return to action on Saturday afternoon as they host Baruch at 12 PM in the APEX.  Lehman College students with a valid ID are now able to cheer on the Lighting in person.
