The Lehman College men's volleyball team improved to 5-9 overall and 1-4 in the CUNYAC with a 3-1 road victory over York. The victory snaps a seven-match losing streak. York is still looking for its' first victory and stand at 0-05:0-1.
The Lightning broke out by winning the first two sets 25-15 and 25-14. York got on the board and avoided the sweep by taking the third set 25-19. Lehman secured the victory easily winning the fourth set 25-6.
Emmanuel Oladuso led the Lightning attack with six kills. Miguel Rodriguez and
Ray Rodriguez added five and four kills respectively.
Andrew Figueroa led all players with six service aces.
Christian Agudo was credited with nine assists and
Miguel Gonzalez.
Lehman will be back in action on Tuesday night when they host the Baruch Bearcats at 7 PM in the APEX.
