Box Score Bronx, N.Y. – Despite a career-high 35 points from forward Brianna Barnes, the hosts Lehman College women's basketball team dropped its third consecutive game, 73-63, to York College-NY, CUNYAC action held on Friday evening at The APEX Main Gym. The Lightning go to a 7-13 overall record and 3-6 in CUNYAC play, while the Cardinals improved to a 9-8 mark and 5-3 in conference action.
 
After trailing 32-30 at the intermission, Lehman outscored York-NY 20 to 14 in the third quarter to take a four-point lead (50-46).  However, the Cardinals went on a 27 to 13 run in the final 10 minutes for the victory.
 
Forward Ramatoulaye "Rama" Diallo was the only other Lightning that scored in double-figures as she had 13 points.
 
Lehman will continue its CUNYAC homestand next Tuesday (January 31^st) when it faces CCNY at The APEX Main Gym with tip-off set for 7 pm ET.
