Box Score Bronx, N.Y. - Forward Ramatoulaye "Rama" Diallo (19 points, 11 rebounds) and center Myandra "Meme" Duquesnay (13 points, 14 rebounds) had 'double-doubles' to lead the Lehman College women's basketball team to a 56-44 victory against visiting CCNY, in a CUNYAC encounter, on Wednesday, at The APEX Main Gym.  The Lightning improved to a 3-9 overall record and 2-0 in CUNYAC action, while the Beavers go to 1-8 mark and 0-2 in conference play

After CCNY took a 14-10 advantage after the first period, Lehman went on a 12 to 7 run in the second quarter to take a 22-21 lead at the intermission.  The Lightning then outscored the Beavers in the third (12 to 6) and fourth (22-17) periods, respectively, for the victory.

Diallo also dished out five assists, while guard Jordyn Perez added 15 points, on 5-for-11 shooting from three-point range.  Teammate Lady Ozoria had seven points and six boards for the Lightning.

Lehman continues conference action on Friday (January 5th) when it travels to take on Brooklyn College with tip-off set for 5 pm ET.
