Men’s Soccer Post Draw At Hunter

New York, N.Y. – The Lehman College men's soccer team posted a 1-1 draw against the hosts Hunter College, in a CUNYAC match-up, at Randalls Island, on Wednesday. The Lightning go to a 6-1-4 overall record and 2-1-2 in CUNYAC action, while the Hawks have 4-5-4 mark and 1-1-3 in conference play.

Hunter got on the scoreboard first in the 19th minute-mark with a tally from defender Fernando Zuvela. The Lehman notched the equalizer with four minutes remaining in the half off a goal from forward Joseph Ademola Opesanwo.

With two more conference games remaining in the regular season, the Lightning hold the second spot in the CUNYAC Standings with eight points, while Brooklyn College is on top with 10 points.

Lehman will play key CUNYAC encounter this coming Saturday (October 18th) when it travels to take on Baruch College, at Flowers Park, with kickoff set for noon.
