Brooklyn, N.Y. – The Lehman College women's soccer team fell by a score of 4-1 to hosts Brooklyn College, in a CUNYAC encounter, at BC Athletic Field on Saturday. The Lightning go to an 0-11 overall record and 0-2 in conference play, while the Bulldogs improved to a 4-9 mark and 2-1 in CUNYAC action.
After Brooklyn took a 1-0 lead at the half, with a goal from forward Gianna DiPronio, the home side increased its advantage in the second stanza with DiPronio scoring again, while midfielder Shakhzoda Isomidinova and forward Imani Dickens added tallies.
Lehman forward Emily Huerta scored late in the game as it also ended the Lightning's scoreless streak of 848 consecutive minutes.
Lehman will conclude the regular season with a two-game CUNYAC home stand at South Field when it first meets CCNY next Wednesday (October 22nd) at 4 pm ET, before it closes out 2025 campaign against York College-NY on Saturday (Oct. 25th) at 1 pm ET.
