Hartford, Conn. – The Lehman College men's basketball team fell in a non-conference encounter to hosts Trinity College-Conn., 101-39, at Ray Oosting Gymnasium on Saturday. The Lightning go to a 2-2 overall mark, while Bantams win its season opener for a 1-0 record.
Trinity-Conn. jumped out to a 53-18 lead after the first stanza, which shooting 49 percent from the field including 50% from three-point range. The home side continued in the second half as it hit 55% of its baskets, while Lehman struggled making only 31%.

Zay Marte led the Lightning with 11 points, while teammate guard
Kesean Tracey added nine points.
Lehman returns to action next Wednesday (November 19th) when it travels to Riverdale section of the Bronx, to take on the University of Mount St. Vincent, in a non-conference match, at 6 pm ET.
