Bronx, N.Y. – Forward
Amar Ndiaye's 'double-double' (16 points, 12 rebounds) did not stop the Lehman College men's basketball team from its first home loss since January 18th as it dropped a 65-57 decision to non-conference opponent Albertus Magnus College at The APEX Main Gym on Saturday. The Lightning go to a 3-3 overall record, while the Falcons improved to a 2-3 mark.
Lehman trailed by a single point (28-27) at the intermission; however Albertus Magnus outscored the home side 37 to 30 in the second half for the victory.
Guard
Kofi Mends added 15 points for the Lightning, while forward
Ricardo Dixon notched eight points and grabbed 10 rebounds.
Lehman will continue its home stand at The APEX Main Gym next Tuesday (November 25th) when it takes on Sarah Lawrence College, in a non-conference encounter, at 6 pm ET.
