Bronx, N.Y. – Despite a 13-points from guard Nelson Asamoah, the Lehman College women's basketball team fell for the third consecutive time at home as it lost a 72-42 non-conference encounter to DeSales University, at The APEX Main Gym, on Tuesday evening. The Lightning fell to a 6-6 overall record, while the Bulldogs improved to a 6-4 mark.
After Lehman trailed by just three points at the end of the first quarter, DeSales went on a 25 to 15 run in the second period to increase its lead to 13 points (38-25) at the intermission and never looked back.

Lehman will look to snap its three-game losing streak when it travels to Brooklyn, for CUNYAC action, against Medgar Evers College, on January 7th at 5 pm ET.
