Box Score New York, N.Y. – Guard Heaven Figueroa and forward Emily Kennedy scored 20 points each for the Lehman College women's basketball team, however it dropped another CUNYAC encounter, 64-49, to hosts John Jay College, at The Doghouse, on Wednesday evening. The Lightning go to an 11-12 overall record and 7-5 in CUNYAC action, while the Bloodhounds improved to an 8-14 mark and 7-5 in conference play.

After Lehman cut the John Jay lead to a point (6-5) with Kennedy's driving layup early, the home side went on an 11 to 3 run to take a seven-point advantage at the end of the first quarter and never looked back.

Figueroa also grabbed nine rebounds for the Lightning on Wednesday with three steals and two blocks, while Kennedy had seven boards along with four steals and assists.

Lehman will look to get back on winning track when it takes on Hunter College in its regular season home-finale at The APEX Main Gym on Saturday (February 15th) at 1 pm ET.
