New York, N.Y. – The Lehman College men's basketball team's chance to finish atop of the CUNYAC Standings ended as it will settle for third-place after falling, 74-55, in the regular season finale, to hosts and first-place finisher Baruch College, on Tuesday evening at the ARC Arena. The Lightning go to a 17-8 overall record and 11-3 in CUNYAC action, while the Bearcats improved to a 15-10 mark and 12-2 in conference play.
After Lehman had an early lead, Baruch quickly turned it around and took a 13-point advantage (38-23) at the intermission. The Bearcats held off any possible comeback from the Lightning in the second half by outscoring them 36-32 for the victory.

Kai Parris notched 13 points for Lehman, which now will host a CUNYAC Championship opening round encounter this coming Saturday (February 22nd) against #6-seeded Medgar Evers College at The APEX Main Gym.
