The Lehman College men's soccer squad picked up their first victory over the season with a 1-0 victory over St Mary's College of Maryland.
Ibrahim Ouedraogo scored the games only goal in the 71 minute off an assist from
Abdula George. It was his first collegiate gaol. Goal keeper Matt Strainz earned his first victory and shutout recording only one save. Lehman improves to 1-1-1 while the Seahawks now stand at 3-3.
The Lightning out-shot the Seahawks 12-11.
The Lightning return to action on Wednesday night with a trip to Danbury, CT. The Lightning kick-off at 7PM against West Conn.
