Brooklyn, N.Y. – Powered by multi-goal performances from forwards
Jensy Peri and
Amy Quintuna, the Lehman College women's soccer team cruised to an 8-0 victory over host Medgar Evers College in a non-conference match-up at Linden Park on Monday. With the win, the Lightning improved to 2-3 overall, while the Cougars dropped to 0-1.
In addition to her two goals, Quintuna orchestrated the offense with two assists. The Lightning displayed a balanced attack as four other players found the back of the net. Defenders

The Lightning look to carry this momentum on the road as they travel to Hackettstown, N.J., to face Centenary University (N.J.) in a non-conference match on Saturday, September 26. Kickoff is scheduled for noon.
