The 411 on Jose Santiago: An important element to any team striving for a championship is depth, and first-year Lehman player Jose Santiago will hope to provide just that. An outfielder, Santiago is a quality offensive threat who will hope to come through when he does get the chance to start. One thing that he'll hope to work on and improve on is his defensive prowess.
 

Coach Quirk’s comments on Jose: "Jose is a nice offensive player. He will be our fourth or fifth outfielder, and he'll definitely get a chance to prove what he can do on the field. He needs to fine-tune his defense, though."
