STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. - The Lehman College women's soccer team (1-2-0, 0-1 CUNYAC) faced its first road game of the season, travelling to the College of Staten Island on Saturday. Facing the defending CUNYAC Champions, the Dolphins took the victory, 7-0.

The weather was overcast with sporadic rain, which did not benefit the Lightning. Lehman managed five shots on the day, including two from the foot of freshman Samantha Dias (Ronkonkoma, N.Y./Connetquot).

The Lightning will play again on Tuesday, September 11, heading to Brooklyn College, another first-year program. The game will be played at 4:00 p.m.
