Box Score BROOKLYN, N.Y. – The Lehman College softball season came to an end on Wednesday afternoon, with an 8-2 loss at Brooklyn College in the First Round of the 2013 CUNY Athletic Conference Championships. Lehman was the #6 seed. BC now advances into the double-elimination phase of the Championships.

Today, Lehman dug a big hole early, training 7-0 after three innings. In the top of the fourth, sophomore first baseman Ashley Williams (Bronx, N.Y./Bronx Leadership) and junior centerfielder Jelsey Cox (Queens Village, N.Y./Campus Magnet) had back-to-back RBI hits to score Lehman's two runs.

Junior Sheila San Andres took the loss, throwing six innings.

The Lighting finish with a record of 4-24.
