BRONX, N.Y. – Thursday is Gameday for the men's and women's swimming and diving teams as the Lightning will travel to Old Westbury to battle the Panthers at 6:00 p.m.
The women will be led by freshman
Angela Mejia (Bronx, N.Y.) who set a new school record by finishing the 100-breast with a time of 1:17.60, at SUNY Maritime, this past Monday.
Leading the men will be junior
Anthony Preda (Long Island City, N.Y./Basha) who is coming off a productive performance at SUNY Maritime as he won the 200 IM by 11 seconds and earned first place in the 100-breast with a time of 1:04.51.
