Weekend Preview: Key CUNYAC Soccer Doubleheader to Take Place on Saturday

BRONX, N.Y. – It is a big soccer weekend in Lehman College athletics as the men's and women's teams will host a CUNYAC doubleheader on Saturday.

At 11:00 a.m., the men's soccer team will host Brooklyn College in a key conference match on the South Field. In the latest CUNYAC standings, Lehman is tied with John Jay for fourth place at 3-3. Teams that finish the regular season in the top four will have a home match in the CUNYAC Quarterfinals. The women's soccer team will host CCNY in the second end of the doubleheader, beginning at 1:30 p.m. Lehman sits alone in first place in the latest CUNYAC standings with a 4-0 record. A victory over City College will clinch the first seed for the Lightning. Lehman's 10-2 overall record and 4-0 conference start are the best records in the history of the program.
