The Lehman College softball team will take on Hunter College at 11:00 AM in Staten Island with the winner moving onto the CUNYAC Championship.  CSI has already earned a spot in the final by going undefeated on day one of the championship.  The winner of the Lehman –Hunter contest will have to beat the Dolphins twice today to take the crown. 

Yesterday the third seeded Lightning upset the two seed Hawks 4-1 thanks in part to a solid effort in the circle from Yaidee Nieves and a triple from Andrelina Gil.  Later in the day Lehman fell to CSI.  CSI defeated Baruch to open the action and then dropped the Lightning to earn a spot in the final later today.  Baruch also lost to Hunter to get eliminated.

It's win or go home for the Lightning and Hawks.  During the regular season, Hunter took both ends of the doubleheader against the Lightning.
