Box Score The Lehman College women's soccer team came out on the short end of a 5-1 decision at St. Joseph's (LI). 

The Lightning's lone goal came off the boot of Daisy Gomez midway through the first half.  Gomez netted her second of the season when she was able to chip a ball over the head of the Golden Eagles goal keeper. 

The Golden Eagles (4-4) got on the board early scoring in the first half as Mackenzie Nyitray and Carly Credidio each found the back of the net in the first 17 minutes of the contest.  St. Joseph's added one more goal in the first half.  The Golden Eagles scored twice in the second half for the final margin of victory. 

St. Joseph's outshot the Lightning 17-6. 

Lehman returns to action on Wednesday night as the travel to Manhattanville.  Kick-off against the Valiants is scheduled for 5:00 PM.
